so yesterday was interesting... was pretty boring and uneventful, and when days like that happen i tend to eat alot. here is how it went:
2 breakfast bagels
1 orange juice
1 bowl of kashi
1 cup skim milk
1 large piece of pizza
1 diet pop
chinese food, but mostly stirfried veggies and wonton soup
1/2 a tup of little ice cream nibs
1/2 large bag of chips
6 dried garlic pork ribs
so, a bad day all in all, and it gave me really bad heartburn, but even though i say i will never do that again, i end up doing it again.
i have a craft sale today, so we will see how that goes, but here is the plan for today.
2 pieces rye toast with becel and jam
1 cup mini wheats with 1 cup 1% milk
rice crispie square
lunch: hot dogs
probably brownies, or some other craft fair baked goods
prime rib dinner out at the keg. steak, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, sourdough bread, large ceasar salad
i know this is a terrible plan for the day, but i know what the eating options are going to be, so that's what i have outlined.... sigh....
