Fitness Milestone

I ran a mile in under 10 minutes today for the first time in an excessively long time.

It was 9:46, so I actually kinda blew past that goal time. I have been working on it for a year and I just decided that today would be the day I did it. Amazing how much easier it is now that I am not hauling so much useless fat!

I actually am starting to feel like a relatively fit person. It feels great!

    I'm a former runner with no cartilage left .. so a walker now. I remember breaking thru some of those milestones.
