I finally got off my butt

All of a sudden i decided to get off my butt today i stayed under my calories i jumped on my treadmill for 31mins and burned 175 calories i even did a run total of 3 mins. I am proud of myself for today i now also have a monthly exercise planner sticking on my wall so everyday i write in what exercise i have done then i can put what i ended up getting at the end of the week so there is some great motivation there. You will also be happy to know i have cut down on coke i have gone from drinking a can a day to drinking one every 2nd day and drinking alot more water now. I feel so great after my walk to :)

    Yay! I did the same and I actually feel a lot better doing something physical than doing nothing for my body. Keep up the good work!
