    hi! Im a natural strawberry blonde too!! :) Im 41 and over weight, i also have the midsection problem!! Ill be happy to share comments with ya, friends make this work alot better. Ive only been doing it since the middle of may, ive lost 3 pounds so far....but at least its a loss!!!

    Hi! I'm Debbie. I'm about the same height as you are. I'm 54, the mom of 2 daughters and the grandmom of 3 wonderful little boys. I'm trying to eat healthier, smaller portions and drink more water. I want to lose weight eating regular food. I love to cook and bake. I'm all for encouraging each other!:smile:
