    I started the QT Quick Cleanse (48 hour cleanse) and the QT Extreme Burn today. I will report back to see what results I have had from the Cleanse in 48 hours as well as the Extreme Burn.

    Gonna take my empty bottle of quick cleanse back to GNC today for a refund/exchange. It did nothing for me...no weight loss (even water weight) and never felt like it was an "extra boost of cleansing", if you know what I mean. I have tried other cleanses before so this was a surprise that it did nothing and I followed the recommendations to a tee...fruits, veggies and lots of water/broths.

    I tip toed in with the Extreme Burn, but by yesterday, I did the whole recommended dosage and felt no adverse side effects or wired out effect, so not sure yet if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

    huh, interesting, I started the extreme burn 2 days ago and lost 2 lbs. I am going to try the cleanse tomorrow, I'll let you know if i have different results!
