I went to the grocery store and shopped for the week so that my diet is good. Please review the list of groceries and let me know if I should add or exclude something in the future.

Chabani greek yogurt
bananas
grapes
Eggs
Skarkist light chunky Tuna
unsalted crackers
60 calorie fun pops

All veggies are frozen

    looks good to me. The only suggestion I have is that if they are regular crackers then switch to wheat thins or some type of whole grain based crackers. White crackers are basically sugar.

    It's fine. As long as you are meeting your calorie requirements and macros then which kinds of foods you choose is completely up to you.
