Hey,
I am trying to lose weight and have been 'trying' for a ridiculous amount of years now as I have always hated my body.
Anyway I am doing this journey with my boyfriend and sometimes we get stuck on what to have for dinner...sorry get stuck on what to make for dinner that interesting and filling for my boyfriend.
we are trying to follow the fit2fat2fit meal plans but he gets bored easily and doesnt think we have to follow it exactly anymore and we can pick and choose what we have.
I'm just looking for some new and exciting High protein No carb meals....we usually have meat and veg but this gets 'boring'
so any help or ideas would be great. Thanks in advance!

I grilled fish out on the grill last night. It was an amazing change in flavor. When your low carb hi protien theres not a lot of choices you gotta mix it up I do chicken pork deer turkey beef and bison. I just cook them all differently from meal to meal.Hang in there.
Oh my favorite make steamed coliflower and then mash and mix them like potatos ad garlic salt and butter a little bit of milk its so good.

Since summer is approaching, you could try to use the grill more often to spice things up and keep them from getting boring.
Kebabs are great. Shrimp, chicken, lean cuts of steak and tons of different veggies can go on the grill together...
Also grilled vegetables can be amazing. Try some grilled asparagus.
I love to use the grill to make "packets" of food. Cut large squares of aluminum foil. Cut up smoked turkey sausage and add a small amount of cut potatoes and as many vegetables (onions, mushrooms, zuchinni, yellow squash, asparagus, cauliflower, carrots, etc). Add seasonings and a small amount of olive oil. Toss together and then seal inside of the foil. You could also do this with most seafood or even chicken.
Good luck!0 -
Have you tried fritattas? Very versitile and can be low cal. One of my favorites is smoked salmon with fat free cream cheese. But you can put anything in them. Lots of recipes out there.0
