      I just changed my diet cold turkey, drink LOTS and LOTS of water, and about 45 minutes- an hour of exercise a day, plus all the extra walking I do with my family. A lot of MFP friends have said that the more weight you have to lose, the faster it comes off. I guess that must have a big factor too!

      Very inspirational, I have the same body type, most of my weight went straight to my hips and belly :( But seeing you loose the weight inspires me that i can too :D thank you so much for sharing
