Hi guys. My question is about biceps. I'm a righty, and I've noticed that my right bicep is quite a bit more visible than the left. The right arm also measures half an inch smaller than the left. What are some ways to tone up the left arm to make both arms look a bit more symmetrical? I know they'll never be exact, but close would be good.

Thanks!

If you do resistance based work outs (weights etc) aim at targetting your left arm... Maybe one extra set each workout until similar size then go back to equal sets.

I just asked my trainer to help me with that problem since I am stronger on one side of my body.

He has me doing bumbbells work. I start with my weak side and do the same number of rep on my stronger side.

    Good luck

Use of dumbbells help. Sometimes with a barbell you will cheat with your stronger arm. It will even out... eventually.

That's a great tip. I wasn't sure how much extra exercise to do on the left side. Thanks!

Definetley stay off the Machines.....sorry but you can loose form and do anything it takes to get the weight up. Free weights are were u need to do your work at. with a barbell simply adding an extra couple of pounds to your weaker side might be an answer for you.

You can also do more work on your weaker side i.e. 13 reps with ur weaker side and 10 with the stronger side.

A very good answer is to start ussing dumbells so each arm has to do it's own work entirely on it's own. It can not depend on the stronger arm to simply over compensate and get the weight up.

Good luck it's going to take some MORE hard work but u will get there...
