Can someone tell me if I'll need any equipment to do 30 day shred?

I'm thinking about ordering it but want to be prepared if there is anything else I'll need.

Thanks

    Agree with CeeRawr89.

Maybe if you think you can handle it, get heavier hand weights. You can use a towel instead of a yoga mat if you want to save a few $.

I have a yoga mat but no weights. Could I use a resistance band?

No resistance band. You need hand weights. It says 3-5#. I use 5#.

Most of her exercises require weights to be able to do them. I dont think the bands will work on most of the exercises.

When I first started it I just used heavy soup cans. :) Then moved onto large plastic bottles filled with dirt (hey it was free!). And then I finally got around to buying weights.

I bought her DVD last week and all I needed was the weights. I use the 5lbs weights and my floor is carpeted so I don't need the mat.

I didn't use a mat, had carpet! I also used my bf's round weights like for his bar, using 2.5 and it is PLENTY.

No you can't use a resistance band. Maybe big cans of soup or something?

Thanks - just ordered it on Amazon. Will organise myself some weights.

I am already fairly fit and have PT once a week as well as 2 - 3 other gym sessions/runs/spinning class.
I'm in the uk so weights will come in KG so will look to start at 2.5KG

Use a HRM, your burns are going to vary.
