Zumba Exhilarate

Hello everyone! I just started the Zumba Exhilarate DVD. So far I love it! I've done the Activate DVD and was sweating buckets by the end of it

Has anyone had much success in losing weight and getting toned with this dvd set. I have two children and I'm trying to get back to my pre pregnancy weight from my last pregnancy,:happy: which was a little over a year ago

Which dvd did you find helped you most to achieve your goal

    I have the Zumba Rush for the Kinect and I am trying to also lose my baby weight from little over a year ago..I waited so long hoping it would fall off. ;)

    Day 1! :)
