Hello all. Anyone knowledable on nutrition, Would you mind looking over my diary and telling me if it looks ok? I feel like if I am good on carbs, I go over on fat. If I am good on fat, I go over on carbs, etc. I would appreciate any input!

Tasty diary....for the record.....you shouldn't give a rats *kitten* what anyone thinks of your diary. You're doing this for you not to impress anyone. Eat what YOU want, stay below your TDEE and call it a day.0

Thanks, but thats not the reason I posted this. One of the reasons I am on this site is to gain knowledge and be able to give/ recieve support. Like I said, I was asking opinions to make sure things are in balance... not to impress anyone.0 -
In general, I have the same problem. Personally I am ok with more fat as long as it is healthy fat (ie not from a greasy burger or fries, but from nuts and avocado).0

Right! It took me a while to grasp that fat doesnt make you fat. I still get worried if I pass 40 grams a day.0

My recommendation is to start tracking sodium and don't worry about sugar. Sugar is a carb and if you are moderate with your carbs, your sugars won't matter.0

Not bad at all. However, why are you not drinking any water (or are you just not logging it)? And you could probably tweak your diet slightly by adding some more veggies. But, looks like you are off to a good start!0
