Does anyone know why there is no 11min mile option to log jogging in cardio?

you can add your own exercises under "my exercise" and "add exercise" but you need to know how many calories you burned to do this...
would it be possible to adjust another jogging time (e.g. 7mph) and input a longer time?0 -

the 11.5 minute mile will get you close enough0 -
I added my own time based on my running speed. you can find it online, some treadmills calculate it based on weight and speed. I take mine from my Nike + app.0
