Hey! I just recently had labrum surgery and need to start moving again! I know I can ride a stationary bike and go on walks, but is there anything else you can think of that would help me stay in shape?
Any ab exercises that I can do while in a sling?

Hi, I'm going in for labrum surgery later this month. How's your recovery going? How long ago did you have the surgery?0

I've been great! I had one anchor and two sutures, so the surgery wasn't as extensive. I was in a sling for five weeks and will start physical therapy next week. I will be in therapy for 4 months. The first month after surgery is mostly getting your full range of motion back. I would suggest doing nothing with your upper body. Maybe ride a stationary bike after your first two weeks in a sling.0
