Hey fellow health seekers, today is my first day on fitnesspal, but I began exercise and calorie watching on may 31st. I have a tendency to fall off the wagon when I begin a new routine, so I could certainly use some friends so maybe we can help each other stay motivated and on track...
I have more to lose than my ticker indicates, but I figured I would be more successful if I began with a 20 lb goal. My actual end goal is to lose about 65 lbs, and I will be good to go..
I welcome, and look forward to hearing from you. BTW, anyone here belong to a gym in the davison/burton area? I use plantet fitness in burton..

Welcome! I have been here for about six weeks now, and am finding the site very useful and motivating. I spend some time each evening reading through some of the success stories, and that keeps me going another day. Being over 50, I thought it would be a real challenge to lose some weight, but on here I see it can be done. Best wishes on your weight-loss journey!0
