Hi,
My name is Akaporn and you can call me "Aka". I've been pretty active on MFP for about a month now and got a very positive result I just lost 15 lbs and reached my goal weight over the weekend which is faster than I imagined and was pretty happy with it. I'm currently on my 4th week of Insanity and really love it and have no doubt that I will finish it STRONG and will definitely graduate into Asylum right away.
So my next goal is to be able to run 5k (continuously). I've always been active (soccer 2-3 games/week, exercise every day) but, running has always been my weakness (I got pretty good speed/agility/flexibility but zero stamina). Then I started C25k last week and was introduced to the interval training (jog/walk/jog/walk thing) and now I kinda see myself being able to run for the first time.
I'm looking for lots of MFP friends to help me accomplish this 5K goal. I'm very active and competitive and I believe I can help you out on the different aspects of fitness as well (exercise/food). I'm pretty detail-orient so I always review and comment your diary if you make it available.
Please feel free to review my profile and ask me any questions... And, please add me as your friends.Thank you.

I did C25K, and just finished my first official 5k on Saturday! 30:22 was my time (not too bad for a 43-year-old former fat guy)
I'm adding you now.
Go sign up for Endomondo.com - it tracks your runs using the GPS on your phone. That's helped me as well.0 -
