Turbo Fire

I have just about completed Jillan Michaels Body Revolution and still have about 5-7 lbs I want to lose. I am kind of at a stand still in my weightloss and feel like a need a change. Has anyone tried Turbo Fire? I like the idea of upbeat music etc. How long is each workout? Is it easy to learn?
Thanks for any thoughts you can share!!

I have heard good things about it but I have never tried it. I am an Insanity/Asylum fan myself....also spin and workout to Bob Haper's dvd's. I have thought about getting Turbo Fire. I have heard it was very dancy and fun.....0

Turbo Fire is fun. The workouts very in length. Some are only 15 minutes, some 45. Not too hard to learn and the workout goes fast because the music is fun.0

I have it and love it. It's really fast paced and a GREAT cardio burn. I just added weighted gloves last week...definitely an added challenge.0

It is an AWESOME program. The workouts vary in length from about 15 minutes to 55 minutes. The HIIT workouts are shorter. They are super intense and definitely get you to sweat! I am a bit heavy for it right now, so I am using TurboJam right now to work myself up to it.
The DVD's have a "New to Class" option to help you learn the combinations better. I never had to use them though. The moves are perfectly timed to the music and that really helps you to learn the choreography...I wouldn't call it dancy though. It is much more kickboxing than dance (I can't dance at all and can still get the moves down). Good luck! Also, there is a group called TurboFire Hotties that may be good for you to checkout.0 -
Ive never tried this but Id like to in a future. I found a site online with all the workouts, but still dunno how long the complete program is, or how many days each video ..
I guess i have to read more about this and give it a try in a near future!0 -

Just finisheds a 30 minute workout yes they do have 15 min HIT workout but I just started the dvd dont really have a lot of info. Except that I agree its more of a turbo kickboxing than dancing so if you go in thinking you are going to dance forget it I rather recommend zumba exhilirate for dancing but I do love Turbofire it is fun for me since kickboxing is what I was looking for both zumba and turbo burn tons of calories if given the effort.
Oh and badgranola I love Chalean Extream too Im goint to start adding it to my workout in about a week or two again cant wait!0 -
Turbo Fire is such I great workout - lots of cardio and kickboxing, I am on my 2nd week....once I finish it i am going to try chalean extreme -0
