I am doing a 1 hour boot camp style workout and I want to track it as accurately as possible. Any ideas??

I usually log it as circuit training (because that's how my boot camp class is usually set up).

There is too much variation in a boot camp class to be able to tell. You'd have to get a heart rate monitor to even get a close estimate

Ya, without a hrm, you can't tell for sure with any exercise, but my bootcamp instructor told me ages ago that you can generally bank on 10 cals/minutes if you are working hard enough to raise that heartrate up pretty good. So 600 cals for an hour, and I think that's conservative.

Sounds good thanks! I think I will track it as circuit training.
