Newbie Introduction

Hello everyone.

I'm new to myfitnesspal so be gentle.

I just started last week and so far I have lost 3 lbs.

Encouragement and guidance is always welcomed.

I'm a 42 year old woman living in Maryland. I currently weigh 217 lbs. and would ideally I would like to reach my ideal weight of 155 lbs.

It feels the older I get the harder it is to lose and keep off the weight.

I do exercise 3 to 4 times a week in addition to being very active on the weekends.

I think my biggest problem is stress and lack of sleep and portion control.
