    That is a bit on the unhealthy side. You should aim to lose 1-2lbs per WEEK. I doubt you'll have many people joining you because it's not healthy.

    To those who say this isn't healthy: my doctor is monitoring me. I have a heart rate monitor, low stress, and only work part time. I also would like to point out that the biggest loser contestants lose 5-20lbs a week. Yes, I know you're supposed to lose ideally 2lbs a week, but this is only 3.3 a week. Not like I said 15lbs in 1 week

    I'm close..... but I ended up going about it accidently... got my jaw wired shut and have to blenderise everything! Lost 8lbs in 3 weeks!
