Tracey Anderson Method, Tiffany Rothe, Ugi ball and for my super favorite of all time bodyrock.tv it will kick your butt and tighten and tone everything and you don't need any equipment but your own body weight unless you choose to. Good luck!0

OK. In all seriousness, bodyrock.tv is awesome for bodyweight exercises. She likes burpees, which are definitely a tool of the devil. But very good for you.

This next video is more of an inspirational video. Whenever I'm feeling down about myself and the weight loss, I watch this video. The story behind this guy is, he's been doing vlogs everyday for the past 3 years. He use to be 280lbs and has tried multiple times to lose weight. He finally conquered his weight loss, lost over 100lbs and is now running a full marathon.
