NEW AT THIS

:happy: I just started using site today. So far so good. I hope to be off on a great start and have tried so many diets, successful at time, then get off of track. I need to be motivated enough to stay on track. I know what I have to do, but stick to it. Weekends are hard, my most difficult times; plus my husband likes to cook and bake on weekends. I know I can eat anything in moderation. Exercise has been down but plan to do more, no 'move more'. Always open for some good advice! DruVernie

    Welcome! I am new here too! :) I am the same way with weekends they kill my diet LOL I dont know what it is about Saturday that makes me want to eat ;) I just bump my calories up a little for Saturday and it seems to be working good so far!
