Looking for bodyrock beginners

Hi, how are you? I am looking for bodyrock workout partners, I'm confused and need help starting this program. I'm 24..5'5 and I weigh 135 trying to lose 10lbs. I want to gain muscle mass because I want curves and shape and not be so straight. It's hard to lose weight but easy to gain and I want to teach my body a lesson and my body needs to learn to stop gaining so easily.

    I'm working on my last 5 lbs & I love the idea of bodyrockin but her workouts are getting so crazy complicated & I don't have a sandbag. Any suggestions for getting around that? I end up doing loads of crossfit in addition to kung fu & yoga. I could add 2 or 3 bodyrock workouts a week w/out the sandbag of course!

    maybe use dumbells or ankle/wrist weight i guess

    I have never done these workouts, but want to look into them. How much is the sandbag supposed to weigh? Can you substitue with bags of sugar, beans, or flour? You can get big bags at Sams club or Costco.
