Apple Slices w/ Yogurt Butter
What I use when I feel like a Reeses Pieces. Simple and quick snack.
You can pretty much use whatever amount of each to stay within your calorie count. The below is a rough estimate and I definitely don't eat it all in one sitting. I use it as a snack when I have sugary cravings.
2 apples, sliced
2 cups peanut butter
1/2 - 1 cups of Greek non-fat yogurt (plain)
Honey to taste
Mix the three to make a dip and use apple slices like they were chips!

Sorry guys. Yeah, it does say two cups but that's a rough estimate (probably very rough lol). This recipe is more of mix both to what you like.
Thinking about it 2 cups is a bit excessive. Maybe one cup of PB and 1/2cup of yogurt should last you 4-5 days. It's all rough estimates. I usually just throw peanut butter and yogurt in until I like the consistency and taste. It's my healthy alternative to chocolate bars.0
