Dinner ideas? Stuck in a rut and I need help!

Okay... I am trying to plan our dinner menu for next week and I am not coming up with many ideas. I've searched online and can't really find anything good either. I mean, there are some good recipes on the popular recipe sites but you have to sift through all the not-so-good ones just to find a couple that sound decent!

We usually have the same things over and over each week. Our "usuals" are spaghetti, tacos/taco salads, homemade pizza, chili and turkey burgers. And we do a lot of chicken breast (usually in the crockpot) but I only have a few chicken recipes that we really like and those are getting old.

So I need some ideas for meals that are relatively low-cal and don't have a TON of sodium! Thanks in advance : )

Pork tenderloin, dust it with lemon pepper cover with foil and bake it according to pkg direction (if I remember correctly 30 min at 350). Serve with steamed green beans, broccoli or whatever vegetable you like.

Anything grilled is my solution this time of year. We grill chicken, fish (salmon, trout, rockfish), beef, lamb, pork. There are some amazing grilling recipes on line and it is super easy. We grill veggies, too...pepper, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion. asparagus...all are delicious grilled either in a basket or on skewers. You can cook corn on the cob on the grill, too. I use skewers because different veggies take different times to grill. Just boil up some brown rice or roast some new potatoes and grill the rest. I buy my meat at Costco, package it up in smaller portions and I'm good to go for a couple of weeks. That's my suggestion for the summer months.

    My easy easy stir fry:

Stir fry vegetables you like. I frequently use broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage or shredded cole slaw mix (no dressing) , onions, mushrooms...what ever I have on hand. I stir fry with 1 tsp of olive oil and 3 -4 T of water. Stir fry until vegetables are still crunchy but hot. Then ad a chopped cooked chicken breast and 1 -2 tablespoons of Ken's Asian Sesame with Ginger & Soy dressing. Sometimes I sprinkle with either chopped peanuts, almonds or sun flower seeds. You can serve it on rice of just eat it without. If I am really hungry and I have had a good day I will mix in a tablespoon of peanutbutter.

    Definitely gonna try that!
