How many calories a day are you eating? I run 3 days a week...burn about 800 cals a week....and only have about 5 lbs to lose...I am currently 131.0 (have been as low as 127.8 last week...before spike/binge)....wanting to be 126.4 as final goal.....and want to know how may cals to eat....daily...to stop the spike days on the weekends.

Since your close to your goal, you should try for a 10% deficit.

I'm 5'1 1/2 32 yo and at 112 maintaining around 2000. Started at 130. I was losing at around 1600-1700. I run 3 days a week and lift/do HIIT 3 days.0

Are you weighing yourself every day? Don't.
You should weigh once a week at the same time. Ideally, you'd do it first thing in the morning, before you eat or drink anything (before or after you go to the bathroom is up to you ).
Also remember that muscle is denser than fat so if you're running, you may be building muscles in your legs which cause the scale number to be higher even though you're not as fat.
I'm 5'3 and 113lbs, trying to gain lean muscle and lose bodyfat (want to be around 120)... currently eating 1200-1300 cals/day and burning 600-800/wk through exercise.0 -
I'm 5'2 123lbs....I usually take in anywhere from 1700-2000 cals per day depending on my workout for the day. I eat constantly and usually workout 5 or 6 days a week, iit keeps my metabolism going. I eat to maintain my weight so if you are trying to lose, go for around a 10% deficit as mentioned above!0

5'2.5" 123-125 lbs with fluctuations.
I eat 1500-1600 when I don't exercise.
I eat 1800-2000+ when I exercise, which includes rock climbing, running, heavy lifting, yoga, and dancing.0 -
5ft 1 1/4", burning off about 1800-2000 cals/wk through exercise...lifting, running, circuit training...and eat between 1500-2000 calories a day, depending on how much I burned off. I usually eat back a majority of my workout calories. I started on here just over a year ago at my highest weight of 135, lost 10 lbs within 4 months and have basically stayed at 125. I wouldn't mind losing
a couple more pounds but am focusing more on toning and muscle building right now. Oh, and I'm 41.0 -
