Do my calories sound right?

Just wanting some opinions.

I am at my goal weight, just trying to cut down my body fat%
I workout 5 -6 days a week doing ChaLean Extream and extra cardio. I am eating 1700 calories a day, but go over on the weekends. I dont eat back my calories. Does that sound right?

    Height, weight, age? Those are all contributing factors in how much you should consume daily.

    Also, you say you "go over" on the weekends - going over by an unspecified amount can completely derail your progress.

    I'm 5'6, 121 lbs and 32.
    I seem to have problems going WAY over on the weekends.
    Hopefully I can maybe just pick one day and only go over a bit?

    Cheat meals work a lot better than cheat days.

    Your TDEE will be somewhere around 2000, and 1700 is about a 15% deficit. If you try to keep your weekend calories at or below 2500, you should be ok.
