    We're about the same weight, about 20-30 more pounds then I'm good. How much more are you looking to lose? What kind of workout are you doing?

    I am 5'7 1/2" for reference.

    I have been doing a mixture of Spinning, running, hiking and now am on day 4 of 30 Day Shred and just added 6 Week Abs into the mix.. both by Jillian Michaels.
