Seeking Batter Dipped Tofu Recipe

I have fallen in love with Batter Dipped Tofu with Sesame Seeds! I purchase it in the hot foods section of a local organic market here in the Cleveland area. Does anyone have a recipe on how to make batter dipped Tofu? Also, seeking suggestions for a good sauce.

two slightly different versions of the same recipe, i really enjoyed both:

both are general tso's.

i've also found spicy orange beef recipes and remade the sauce for those, and it was fantastic. sadly, i don't seem to have any other sauce recipes saved off!
