Just signed up, been up most of night, feeling sick and not being able to sleep, with all the crap i ate yesterday!

Need to shift around 70 -80 lbs

Age 35 with high blood pressure and wants to see my kids grow up,

    My fitness pal will for sure help,, u really makes u think about what your eating all day cuz when u log it you see how bad it is to you. Good luck.
