I got on the scales this morning and realized that I finally reached my goal weight...I am so happy...I did it!!!

    I began my weight loss journey in February of this year...the 17th of February to be exact, so it's taken me 8 months and 7 days. Good luck to you...I will be looking for success post next year!!
