It has taken over a year for me to get where I am. I still have 19 pounds to go but by logging my food, continuing to exercise, and adding some weights, I am slowly getting the job done.

    Great progress! Going slow may be frustrating at times but I firmly believe it creates a more sustainable lifestyle change :D
