This artical was so good....This woman made a 7 year comitment to get healthy and lost 180lbs
She looks awesome!

    That was an awesome article. It's very inspiring. I hope one day I'll be the one fitting into a size 10. I take that back...I don't HOPE to fit in a 10 one day...I WILL fit into a 10 one day. I can't wait for that day, it's going to be FANTASTIC!

    Thanks for the article. I've been beating myself up lately about not being further along than I should. But as several here have said repeatedly it will take however long it takes. I just have to stay committed.:flowerforyou:
