Smal Weight Lifting NSV

For the last 3 weeks I've really been focusing on weight training. I've been concentrating on my form and control. I've been struggling with some machines I've been using - in particular the shoulder press. So here's my NSV - last night when I went to do my shoulder presses... I actuall felt like I was using the proper muscles and had the strength to engage my shoulders and back more, instead of just straining my neck :S.

Not sure if I'm making a ton of sense, but there it is! :)

    Nice! I started weight training in April and am so glad I did. I'm seeing great results! Keep it up!

    I hate, hate, hate shoulder/arm weights ...... usually leave them for last & often find an excuse to skip altogether & do cardio instead ...... but I've noticed that lifting & carrying groceries is much easier now .....
