Gluten Free Snack Idea?

Options
Hiya,

I need an idea for a snack to have before I workout this evening. I need something that is about 200 calories, gluten free and will keep me full until my dinner after my workout at 8pm. It needs to fill me up but not leave me sluggish before my workout and I can't think of what to have!

Just to give you an idea of the other foods I'm eating today:

Breakfast - Cereal (not technically gluten free I know but I'm ok with it)
Lunch - Leek and Potato Soup
Dinner - Salmon fillet, boiled potatoes, green veg
Snacks - Apple, banana, plum

Thanks!

I think you need protein - how about a handful of almonds or mixed nuts.

At my local grocery store they sell gluten free trail mix. I haven't tried it because I can't have nuts and seeds, but it looks pretty good!

There are a few types of Chex cereal which are Gluten free including the cinnamon and honey nut types. Also, Rice Krispies has a gluten free version.
