I have done this off and on for a while but i think i need some people to motivate me keep going.
Anyone fancy befriending me.
Background information - decent fitness level currently mainly cycling, swimming and rowing. However very much a binge eater (very sweet tooth) and enjoy my ale a little too much. Dropped to 14 1/2 stones 12 months ago and currently 16:3.
All assistance appreciated.

I think its totally groovy that you weigh yourself in stones. That rocks. I don't know how many stones I weigh. Maybe a quarry. Not sure. Anywho add me! I need all the positive influences I can get!!0
