Thank you! I run and bike three days a week. On alternate days I All over body tone using light hand weights,crunches,situps,lunges,squats,dips,bur-pees, mountain climbers,pull ups,push ups,(not knee push ups) When I do these exercises it's in circuit training that has me pouring sweat. And lots of stretching.0 -
