Week one success!

I weighed in yesterday and was down 4.5 pounds! I weighed three times because I didn't believe the scale! :-) I have planned this entire week - pre-journaling every day. Cuts down on my "what am I going to eat?" stress and makes things flow so much more smoothly for me.

    That's awesome! When my friend and I started losing weight she lost 7 pounds 3 weeks in a row!! Gotta love a good kick start!!

    I feel the same! I can't believe the scale says I dropped 3 or 4 pounds in the first week!
