Breastfeeding and running helped me, as well as using the target calories MFP set up for me.0 -

Congratulations! I lost my baby weight by breastfeeding and watching my calorie intake. Some exercise here and there to tone, but I'm still toning.0

I had my second child 2 months ago and just got cleared to start working out. I lost 20 pounds breast feeding and watching what I ate then started to gain again. Decided to join because this worked with the first child. I lost 4 pounds during the first week of myfitnesspal and am going to stick with it. It is so hard to find time to workout with a 3 year old and a 2 month old but I try to sneak in a few situps from time to time plus am still breast feeding. I am also doing this with my parents so that we keep each other accountable. Sure they live over 3.5 hours away but myfitnesspal allows us to support each other!!0

My daughter is Southerncubanstyle and she's been great support for me at age 52.We talk about tips on snacks and good and low calorie ideas with each other through the message system at night on my fitness pal.Its so much better having someone else helping you!!I like to have a low calorie late night snack like licorice or a Popsicle ..0

I am with you. I had my second daughter 4 months ago. Feel free to add me if you would like. I am nursing but the weight just doesn't seem to be coming off. I don't have much time to work out because I am a elementary special education teacher then get home and it is time to play with the children, cook dinner and clean up.0
