here we are!

So, as unbelievable as it seems, I have been at this for almost 3 months. I have enjoyed success, and it has really been pretty easy. Wish I would have started earlier (like maybe 20 years ago!) but the point is that I am doing it.
I have come to rely on my MFP gals-and all those who post their experiences, insight and humor. Never thought an online community would come to be such a big part of my day. I check in several times a day-and have had a couple people I actually know (lol) join us in the collective. In my other life, as a wife and mom to three teenage boys, I use the term "it takes a village" all the time. YOU are my village-thanks for lifting me and many others up, on a daily basis. We are on the path...together!

just joined , hi only joined this week so no weight loss yet . i have rhemautoid arthritis and have had it 17 years now started age of 30, have had to operations one on shoulder in 2007 " needs re doing " .... and foot reconstructions excsion on the 12 th jan 2012 , so not very active , i gave up smoking j1 and half years ago and put nearly 2 stone grr up to now i have lost one stone according to my wii fit ive only had it since feb 2012 , started writing my weight down and in 11 weeks ide lost a stone , seem to be stuck now , i cant exercise much because of the ra etc , i do a bit of zumba 3 times a week at home sometimes 4 not done any excersises on the wii for ages now since the weather turned warmer lol lol no excuse i no , mon htis week i was under my calories and tuesday was out for the day and went over my calories today i think ill be under as well , will this make much differnence to a weight loss considering i cant exercise much ..... any help greatly welcomed xx:laugh:0
