I have Gained Weight...NORMAL?

I have reduced a lot of my cravings in the last week. I am eating about 1300 a day (a little over the 1200 limit). I am eating salads, smaller portions, less fat, and I have been doing the 5-6 meals a day. If I snack it is usually cottage cheese with a few crackers, fruit with about 1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt, or a sandwich on 100 calorie bread, with very little ranch dressing (turkey sandwich), maybe 1 table spoon. I admit, every once in a while I get the urge for some ice cream, it is my weakness, but I am eating about 3/5 cup of low fat ice cream, which is 110 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
I have gained about 2 pounds, I have exercised three times in the last week. And to be honest, I feel pretty cruddy today.
Would stress be part of the reason? I have been having some issues with finances and work. I recently found out my school deferrals were up, so my bills are over $200 a month more. I calculated it all up. I actually only have about $200 a month extra after school bills and my car payment, NOT including the gas to put in my car, cat litter and food for my cat, and some groceries I buy once in a while. I have been a nervous wreck all week, and I have been looking and applying for new jobs to hopefully make a little bit more money.
Any ideas or suggestions? I need some motivation and support. I love this site, so much easier than WW!

1200 is a minimum not a limit. If you're not under 5' in height....Eat more0

Two pounds is really not that much in the grand scheme of things. It's most likely water weight due to stress, hormones, or sore muscles from your exercise. Drink lots of fluids to help flush the excess water and watch your sodium intake and you should see the scale start to move in the right direction.0

In my own experience I have noticed my body will stall on weight loss or I tend to gain a few pounds, which is most likely water retention or high sodium intake. Regardless stress plays a huge role on how our body responds to weight loss.0
