On my last 25lbs!===any advice??

I had an overall goal of 65 lbs and I've lost 40 so far (though it took me almost 3 years to do it). I want to get my last 25 off by this coming up summer.
That's only about a lb a week so it's doable. I've been slow going w/ lots of starts and stops but being so close to my end goal after so long is a fantastic motivator!!
I was thinking of doing an 8 week bootcamp starting 1 Nov (to get me through the holidays w/ as little damage as possible) and then doing a (slightly) more intense 6 week bootcamp before June. 1 June is my goal day-I move to California from the East Coast so I want to be "beach ready".
Any ideas?? Advice? Tips? Tricks??
Thanks so much!

I've read a lot recently about people doing a "calorie confusion" where they zig zag their calories for the last bit of weight to lose. So this keeps their body guessing and I guess it leads to faster weight loss. But I have no personal experience with it.0

I would say to make sure that you eat enough protien and watch carbohydrates. My moms doctor (weight loss specialist) told her to shoot for 100 grams of protien a day and to try and not go over 75 grams of carbs. I decided to follow that and I finally overcame my stall. I am on my last 10-15 and I couldn't lose weight for 3 months! Especially if you are going to do a hard bootcamp workout make sure to eat enough protien. Great job on your success so far! The good thing about losing weight slowly is that it will be more likely to stay away! Good luck0

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Do this with cardio and it should help wtih toning.
This is a good plan. I did the shred and it helped build muscle and tone a bit, but I lost no weight. I have extra baby fat that I need to get rid of. So, I started with the cardio. I have lost a few pounds and after a couple weeks, maybe next week, I am going to restart the shred for the strength aspect. By adding the cardio, I should be able to get the toning results, along with the fat burining results.
Also, Jillian has two other dvds that I've heard good things about. You can buy her other two dvd's together on her website for $15. That includes a two-week trial to her website, you would just have to cancel that part if you didn't want to pay the $4/week. This is my plan.0
