50lbs lost! Before and after pics!!!

I don't have any secrets on how I lost this weight... All I can say that it was hard... I've had my fair share of slip ups but I have been persistant and with the help of all my MFP friends I have done it! I have lost 50lbs! Still a bit to go, but with everyones help I can make it!! Thanks everyone!

    GREAT JOB!!! I really don't think there is a "secret", just good ol common sense. Eat food as close to its natural state as possible, and MOVE every day

    Wow, you look amazing,that is a drastic difference! I'm excited to see what 50 pounds lost looks like because that is my goal, I have about 40 to go! I can't wait to see what I'll look like 50 lbs lighter. Great work :)
