day 200 for me here! 40lbs lighter and 16% body fat gone! woooo hoooo

    no workouts really. never been to a gym...i like to hike and snowboard, thats where i burn a lot of cals...when i first started this i would just walk for an hour a day, seemed to get the ball rolling

    lol, i went through phases and i guess my phone did too. lol too funny
