I have lost a sperm whale's brain and by the end of my journey, hope to lose the average amount of red meat Americans eat in a year! Which is funny because I am not eating red meat at all! LOL

This place works for me. I'm inspired by many on this site and use it to my advantage. So thank you, MFPers.

So far I've lost: 10 pounds= chemical additives an American consumes each year

By the end of this journey, I hope to make it: 2 pounds = a rack of baby back ribs AND 20 pounds = an automobile tire

    Almost half way there!!!
