Hi
Does anyone have a protein powder that they would suggest for weight loss? There are so many out there, whey protein, hemp protein, mixed blend, soya, pumpkin, probably many more. I'm a little on the fence about the powder as I feel it would be nice to eat whole foods and lose the weight that way, but maybe incorporating a shake 3 times a week would give me that extra protein boost at least in the mornings. Any suggestion or input would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

I have NeoCell Sport every morning in cold coffee (made the day before). 123 calories, 30 g of protein, and no fake sugars or synthetic colors. I find the collagen in it is great for many reasons...weight control, pain relief, and good for muscle recovery.
