Opinions on meds???

Ok , Im going to the Dr's tomorrow to check Thyroid ( It runs with all the females in my family) And i thought while I was there Id mention meds to help curve my appetite. Whats your option on this. Are there any helpful ones and are they ok to take? Thanks

    Appetite suppressants usually are stimulants, usually not so great on the heart ... There are other types that decrease fat intake, but if u have thyroid issue the med that you take for that should help you loose with diet and exercise
