    I'm 5ft 4 and weigh 138, started at 143 and not sure what my goal weight is at this stage, it will depend on how I look. I'm currently 36-28-36 with a body fat of 32%.

    I'm fairly happy with my actual size right now but I have a lot of body fat to lose. I have a small frame so to lose all the excess flab I need to get quite small.

    5'3 and I'm 150 pounds, my aim is around 130-140

    Measurements are hips and chest are 37.7" and waist is 34" (thats my waist around belly button, my natural waist is 31" but I dont know which I'm meant to record lol)

    I am 5'3". As of last Wednesday, I am 107.4 lbs. 33-26-36. I am not focusing on the scale these day, but I want to get rid of my belly fat.

    We have almost the same measurements except that I weigh 54 kilos or about 120 lbs. I'm 1.57m or 5'2" & my body measurement is 34-26.5-35. My body fat is 21-22%. Currently I'm focusing on building muscle & lower my body fat percent to a lean 17%.

    Good luck on lowering your body fat. I am not sure what my BF %. My scale says around 20-21%, but I know it's not accurate. I want to be around 19%.

    I was 160 in highschool and lost 30 pounds in what seemed like a very short period of time. Now that I am right in between my goal weight and my highschool weight I am stressing out... and therefore i feel like Im keeping myself from losing the weight. Troubles of being a shorter girl haha.

    Hi, I'm 5'2 (so close enough to 5'3!) and 28 years old. I currently weigh 110 lbs, and am trying to lose the last few lbs of body fat that seem to be sticking to my thighs and tummy. And I want to get more ripped!!

    I don't really have a goal weight, I just want to be more lean and be happy with what I see in the mirror.

    hi, I am 5'3 and was a gymnast for 13 years, so I am mostly muscle! sw; 128 cw; 115 gw; 105 measurements: bust; 32 waist: 26 Hips; 36 I am slowly getting to where I want after having a lot of bulky muscle. I am 17 btw!

    Hi! I'm 21,on the 7th, I'm 5'3" and I weigh 140lbs. My measurements are:

    My goal weight is 115-120.
    I'm not fond I my measurements but the majority of my excess weight is in my stomach, hips, and thighs. My body is a pear shape(according to my measurements) and all of the excess weight on my hips literally lays on top of my hips like a shelf and results in horrid love handles. I'm working on losing weight and toning my body :)

    I tend to lose from my waist first, thankfully my boobs and butt lose at the same pace so my shape stays the same.

    I'm 56 years old. I'm 5'3". My weight since I hit my 50's has gone up and down. My attempts to keep it down have been unsuccessful without a professional trainer and a strict food plan. So, at present, I am at 174, which is my highest weight EVER. My goal is 140-145, where I feel best. I think that is about a size 10 Petite. I strongly realize that I have to focus strongly on getting my weight down and exercise is the best way to do it, along with making healthy choices and daily meditation with weight loss apps on my iPad or iPhone. Ask me this question in about three months. My answer on the weight and dress size should be very different, if I stay true to myself.
