How much water do you drink a day?
Are you a Soda feen? do you drink several cans of pop a day?
When I started this diet even before I joined MFP 4/1/12. I quit soda and strictly drink WATER and BEER!!!! hey come on I'm on a diet not total buzz kill.
Anyway I LOVE drinking water. I go through like 2 or 32 oz cups at home in the evening and 3-4 24 oz bottles at work plus all of the other drinks I have through out the day that are water based. You know like Coffee and Protein shakes!!
Maybe u just like to play in the pool, lake, or even the bath/shower. I'm sure some of you MFP ppl relate well with that one.

I love water! Swimming in it, drinking it... 8-15 glasses a day, depending on my bladder. :laugh:0

I love water. It's not the only thing I drink but it's the main thing. I drink anywhere between 12-20 8oz glasses a day. I don't like soda, I drink lemonade or tea when I go out to eat if I can.0

I try to drink about 8 glasses a day... I do love water, but sadly I cannot stop drinking pop.. I am addicted0

I gave up soft drinks in Feb of last year and never looked back! I had a terrible Mt Dew habit which was hell to kick but I did and drink nothing but water now. Best thing I ever did!0

I dont really love water but I try to drink 8 cups a day. I like drinking lemonade and beer:)0

I spent most of my adult life not liking water. I did a 1 week detox last year and the best result from it is that I now love water! I carry a 600ml bottle around with me all day and refill it 3-5 times a day. I've never been much of a soft drink drinker, but I used to drink sweet tea by the gallon!0

I love water. Today I drank about 13 glasses of water already
I have pop from time to time, but it's not something that is usually in my house.

I use to love the Sugar rush from Dew too It totally makes up for coffee in the afternoon.
But now My MAin Drink Is water!!!)

on my last birthday in may I quit drinking everything but water. prior to this I would drink anywhere between 6 and 12 mt. dews a day with pretty much nothing else except coffee in the morning. now I drink 1.5 - 2 gallons of water daily0

I quit drinking soda in High School. Dropped quite a few lbs from doing so (wasn't trying to lose weight). I love water, that's all I drink besides my coffee. The only time I drink soda is when there is splash of it in my booze. :drinker:0

Before MFP I usually would drink diet soda or tea. I couldn't stand just plain water.
Well now I love it. I usually get anywhere from 12-18 8oz glasses a day. And I still drink iced tea sometimes and very rarely a diet soda but sometimes I will have one.0
