I just can't seem to get on track. I went to the store, I have fruits, beggies, lite yogurts...
Ground Turkey, fish....
But I just can't get going. I haven't gained any but in one week, the nibbling has gone way to far!!!!

oh this is hard for me too....we all have little slumps....but what works for me is to either exercise...because that makes me always feel energized and like really being good! or watching something inspirational regarding to weight loss...like a biggest loser or something...even being on here helps!!!

Motivate yourself with a small reward. Say once you get to a certain weight you're gonna reward yourself with XXX.
I'll find a cute outfit in a catalog & reward myself with it once I hit a milestone. You can do it!! :flowerforyou:0 -
I do that from time to time. I say only one day of poor eating and little to no exercise...and then one day becomes 2 and so on. I didn't gain much either, thank goodness. But if you do, you'll work harder not to slip again...I imagine.
What I do when I start to feel out of control....I remember why I started this new lifestyle to begin with. For me, it was health reasons.
When I still can't get back, I talk to people. Especially here. You're on the right track!
There are a lot of good tips here.....

Give your self a break and don't be so hard on your self. Remember this is for life and we need to give ourselves a treat once in a while so do it. Then go back to work lol0
